I would not be surprised if this one were to turn out to be a low scoring, ugly game.

You've got a new QB starting on one end, and Anthony Jennings on the other.


Granted ND is also about 61st in rush defense, so maybe LSU rushing game might be able to win this one alone.

I would be surprised if ND wins if they don't put 8 to 9 in the box.

ND game plan is simple.
- Don't turn the ball over.
- Keep the box loaded on D, and play man coverage especially on 1st.
- Make Jennings beat you, even if the throws a couple of deep ones they won't keep doing it.

If they can't stop the run game with 8-10 in the box then chances are not good.

I think its going to be close but hoping for a blowout.

Terrible play on 4th and 1, play action roll out/run by the QB...Irish probably should have been up another field goal.
