People in Barr's position (he's a DA, but for the Federal Government, essentially) don't say stuff like that. They come out and say they're pressing charges, or come out and say they aren't. I've never seen one decline to press charges but "condemn" something the person being investigated did, or "fully exonerate" anyone. The left is quick to say Mueller didn't "fully exonerate" Trump. That's true, but it isn't what prosecutors do. They aren't in the business of declaring people innocent; you're presumed innocent until proven guilty. He didn't find enough stuff to press charges against Trump, so it's over.

and I am taking no pride in the findings. I am responding to the facts as we know them, always have been. if it had come out with him being guilty you would have seen similar posts from me.

I spend most of my time on here attacking bad arguments, not defending the accused.

Franklin Roosevelt during WWII for concentration camps of our own citizens.
not sure which "thousands of citizens" that could be 911 or Pearl Harbor, or probably a couple other incidents.
Genocide: almost literally every president until after WWII with the treatment of Native Americans

No obvious evidence of collusion, fine. He could NOT be exonerated for obstruction of justice, that's a big deal. Then Trump in all his retardedness goes on the news and says "there was no collusion and he was completely exonerated". Immediately after Mueller's statement was released saying he could not exonerate Trump from obstruction. The orange man is a total idiot of epic proportion. Only a truly stupid individual would say that crap.
