There were no charges filed. My opinion is there should never have been an investigation, fruit of the poisonous tree an unlawful surveillance. If you are serious about obstruction then you should be very upset about evidence being destroyed. Once we get that straightened out I am willing to take a look at other potential obstruction cases. If not, I don't think you are serious about justice so I will not consider it important either.

Then it should be extremely easy to prove without having to guess what this means or what they left unsaid or either side spinning anything . “Unchecked Criminals “ are not worried and leave evidence everywhere for us to just take and process .

Evidently receiving a subpoena keeps him under DOJ guidelines rather than giving him the freedom to answer as a private citizen.

Oh ok, I didn’t see in the letter where he couldn’t talk about Trump...He asked for guidance. It’s literally the first sentence in the letter. He has stated himself he will not go outside the report. His report is about Trump so I’m pretty sure he will spend a few hours talking about him.

Fact is you all socialists can't let it go and move on. How many times did we hear "let's just see what the report shows" it didn't say what you all wanted so now more hearings. Yawn. All the dems want is for the American public to be aware of what the report shows instead of the propagandized results immediately reported by Barr and then parroted by every right wing news source.
I bet if you asked a random sample of 1000 redhatters, 95% would say the report said there was no obstruction.

I agree he should have council. But why does his council need to be sworn in? It may be a normal thing but I don’t recall it happening with Barr, or Hicks, or Pick another target in front of a congressional hearing over Trump.
