Much respect for CJP for finishing what he started.

Our program is not idle other than NCAA mandated idleness. Prioritization and delegation go hand in hand. In fact, proper use of delegation makes prioritization far simpler. In Pruitt's case he can delegate both to his staff and upwards to Fulmer. Vacations, illnesses, and other absences happen all the time; and organizations properly trained to delegate, continue on and handle missing people without a snag.

Good point... not at all mute. Pruitt has pretty good back-up from the AD position we can safely assume.

Chad Morris is at Arkansas because of his ability to recruit the northern part of Texas, which the Hogs desperately need to be competitive.

Kiffin is averaging at or less than 8 wins a year as a head coach in power 5. He’s a great coordinator, slightly above average as a head coach in power 5. Add in his affinity to troll people on Twitter like a 16 year old and you’ve got a long term contract at that football powerhouse FAU

Where is his commitment to Tennessee?

He is demonstrating where his loyalty lies and it is not with Tennessee.

... He is fully committed to Tennessee and fully committed to the players that he has coached all year. He wants them to accomplish their dreams and I have no problem with it. After the Championship game, he will get his hat a shirt and be on the next plane to Knoxville where he will hit the ground running for the Big Orange.
