'26 MS WR Tristen Keys (lsu commit)

yeah but he also added we were running behind on HIter. If he think Hiter is a better chance he must not be optimistic at all about Keys
“I will go, Tennessee lands Savion Hiter. I mean to me, it’s still very close. I wouldn’t say Tennessee is some big favorite to land him, I’m just calling my shot. I feel like they’ve got a better chance there than the do with Keys.”

This is the exact quote after poster asked AP to call some shots on recruiting. Full context.

You’re a troll and a liar. You’ve been exposed. You can leave now.

well the poster on VQ told me different, I didnt listen to the interview

Looking back on it, that is correct. I guess I just merged it all together as the start in my head. He still recruited, landed, and developed a first round pick tho
Also why are we forgetting Omarr Norman Lott. Garner got his hands on him and immediately doubled his production and got him drafted in the second round by a two time Super Bowl team

50/50 with Michigan.

AP actually called Hiter to Tennessee just before making the comment above. Which is why the poster I’m referring to is a liar. The context was a question to AP to “call his shot” regarding some recruiting targets. He followed that bold prediction by saying that he thought there was a better chance to get Hiter than to get Keys. Also said he thinks we get one of the Edge flip targets…Givens or Harris.
Appreciate the actual answer, and not the classic/typical RF response.

So AP called:

- Land the 5 Star RB
- 50/50 for the 5 Star WR
- Flip a Top100 Edge

What would you guys say is the more likely scenario?

We land one of Hiter and Keys
We land both Hiter and Keys
We land neither

I’ll say it’s most likely we land one, least likely we land neither, and landing both is in the middle.
I think I'd agree with that but I want to say there isn't much room between landing one and landing both. I think landing both is likely. I am not willing to say the most but I'm hedging.

I would be really surprised if we end up with neither given this staff's history with kids they identify early and go all in for (Sanders, Rouse, etc.)

The fact that AP is that bullish on Hiter tells me the people in the building feel really good there. I mean all the buzz nationally was around us and Keys just a couple weeks ago.

I think this class finishes:

- Hiter
- Brody Smith
- One of Keys/Moa
- Flip Harris

That would very likely solidify us in the top 10 and give us one of the best offensive classes in the country.

I’d be ecstatic with that, even without Wyatt.
