While it is true, speculation was we needed two backs in this class after the Cheaterines landed the top back last year over UT.
if it means DGG theyll do it.

Issue is if they whiff, then it means RB coach needs replaced. I'm not kidding. He has not even been an average recruiter.

I’m always hearing that he’s got a good relationship with Carlos Locklyn.

Same thing we heard with Hiter and Tony Alford.

Our approach with DGG has been comprehensive and if we don’t get him, it’s not all on DeRail by any stretch, but I def would have no truck for the next elite RB we finish 2nd with due in no small part to their "great relationship" with Sims’ counterpart.

This is silly. No excuses to lose DGG to OSU? There are other factors involved. One, OSU is simply a superior program. I hate saying that but it’s a fact. They contend for NCs almost every year. We don’t. They win at an extremely high rate. We don’t. and you know maybe the guy just likes OSU more.

The way you fix this is you start beating their azz regardless of the rating of their players. It's what Indiana did. You have to be disciplined, tough, and have the right scheme with the right players.
