Looks like Simmons and several others predicted too
Yeah he's at the Rivals event this week where a lot of people got to talk to him today. With the Rivals/On3 merger, On3 had their guys in attendance as well. Everyone that does predictions putting them in before his date after getting one final interview in with him.

Inge has the Vols in a strong spot and has quietly ever since he arrived in Knoxville. White has grown significantly since going into junior year and has grown into the player he is now. Strong early eval in terms of player and growth potential from Inge. A lot of people have been praising Inge for landing top linebacking talent (reasonably so), but he's also been elite at identifying players who are just realizing their potential early. Rouse is another example this class as someone who was a converted tight end and played linebacker for the first time this year. Inge offered after a game of him playing the position and he ended the year quite obviously one of the top LB prospects in the country

Looks like we lead for Rouse as well. Inge is killing it at LBer
Inge had an insane 2025 cycle. He’s prob our best recruiter on staff with Ekeler now gone. I fully thought Gass was going to UGA. He pulled Perlotte back from his west coast soul searching period. Then flipped one of Bama’s legit LB commits in Harmon.

I expect more of the same from he and Chop in the next few weeks.
