It's Rivals they are combining with, not 24/7 sports, but you are correct on the gist of it.
Rivals will do high school recruiting, On3 will do NIL and transfer portal, etc.

That is correct. And if that is your stated concern, I get it. But that has nothing to do with depth (number of scholarship bodies) or what the coaches did or did not do in the off-season. That was going to be the case regardless. If you get a portal guy, he’s also in his first year in this system. And in the spring portal, there just wasn’t anybody they liked. Austin Price said multiple times that they liked Trey Weary, a walk on, better than many of the guys in the portal, so I go pay for someone when you already have that guy as a walk on?

The coaches know what they have. We don’t. They stood pat for a reason.

For years, fans on this board have complained that we don’t play young guys. Now the coaches have decided to go with the young and talented guys, but that’s not good either. You can’t win with our fans.

I’m really excited about this bunch, especially Matthews, Staley, Smith, and Jackson.

Speaking of walkons, besides Weary, is Winton also a walkon? Any reports on the down the charts guys development? Bunch to choose from and I have no clue.
