Wouldn't break my heart to take one of Kiffins easter eggs.
Kiffin shows his depth chart that shows not much in front of kids next year. He doesn’t tell them he’ll “portal recruit” over them each yr.

If you really want to play for OM(who would?) you’d be better off going somewhere else first & get developed by good coaches, then go to OM for the $$$

Unless ole miss promised something and then changed their tune (again), id be surprised if this guy flips.
Maybe his brother has seen through Kiffin and that is what initiated him being so open about our offer. Is the brother portal worthy?

Working with no facts is tough.

My guess is less than 30%

Playing with his brother, from Ms. and playing for a team with better shot at playoffs
than UT at the moment. Probably less playing time here.

You think Ole Miss will have a better shot at the playoffs year in and out than Tennessee? You do see how Lane is building that program right?

They may have a better shot than us, this year, but I think that probably stops at this year, as well.
I’m not sure about that even. Ole Miss has built a team via the portal. A lot of players they brought in left before they even got on the field bc of issues with the promised NIL amounts. Kiffin is living in a house of cards right now. He has to win quick before that entire thing implodes.

Well, I agree, but that is (as I said) this year.

Beyond this season, yes, it's a wild unknown for them because of the erratic nature of building a team comprised primarily of portal jumpers. But right now, Lane has a good team, a manageable schedule, an experienced QB in his offense, and a ton of experience and seniors at every position. Their current depth chart lists as starters; 20 seniors, 1 RS junior, 1 junior, and 1 RS sophomore.

That's just the Lane way imo. If you look back, he tends to like building up cores and has really really good teams every 2-3 years. I think Maddox would be able to play early at either just off depth charts. Need to watch his stuff

Hoping this kid and Daune Morris make it up to Knoxville 10/12. They’d be the perfect close to this class.
