I also say Strawberry Plains/Mascot area if you don't want to live west. Don't let your car break down near East Magnolia Ave. :)

If you do, have enough money to cover the prostitute.

If you want to be convenient to downtown, West Knoxville/Farragut, I40 and I75, as well as Holston River area, you should check out the Island Home area. It's an awesome neighborhood just across the river from downtown and it's extremely convenient to the Interstate.

I live in West Knoxville - but if I was giving advice I would say check out the Carter area, also off Tazewell Pike, maybe Holston Hills. You might also see how far it is from Hardin Valley ( good schools and sort of country. )

If you make it to Carter - stop at Cardin's drive in. Your girls will love it.

Cardins FTW. Jeff Co is better than Carter.

So try and find a place around Magnolia Ave jk

I would prefer to live in West TN but that drive everyday will get old fast.
