I don't care if Tebow gets knocked side ways. Just sack him on occasion and keep the game within reach. The only things that matters when the clock runs out is the final score.

ya, making him mad will just be a stupid idea, along with the fact that he will already be motivated to whoop UT butt come 9-19. Besides, when is the last time someone has leveled tim tebow, ya thats what I though it has never happened. This is the closest thing, although it isn't really bone crushing or anything:

Just watch film from the Ole Miss game last year if you wanna see how to beat Tebow...You have to hit him every time he runs it and blitz , punish him if you hit him enough he will fumble...Just keep constant pressure on him and come at him every chance you get, this year will be good for that because our secondary is stout

The Bama game was the tell for me. Bama whipped them up front. FL had to make the plays late to win. And they had the skill players to do it.

They had a breakdown on college football live of how to do it and it is what I have said all along.

Contain him in the pocket and make him go through a progression to find the open receiver....ie...make him actually play quarterback. He simply can't do it. If the first guy isn't there he is off to the races every single time.

BTW, this, and his goofy azz throwing motion is why he will flop in the NFL.

You are correct sir. Make him make throws after having to see the second level; make him place the ball where only his receiver can get it. His mental toughness, threat as a runner, and Meyer's spread scheme enables his success not pure passing skills. No doubt the young man is a phenomenal football player.

But that does not mean that he is a pure qb-there is a difference. Every qb is beatable. Case in point the Ga kid Stafford from last year could make throws that Tebow never would make. But which qb was better under pressure? Stafford>Tebow as pure passer, Tebow>Stafford as a leader with decision making skills.

But don't tell UF fans that. I read a thread on one of our boards where a Gator was comparing your legendary qb Peyton Manning to TT as a passer! I nearly fell laughing. I will be pulling for y'all over them. The Gators need to be put in check.
