I refuse to purchase that CD. When we made it we were all promised a free copy upon its release. When it came out, they said they never promised us anything, regardless of the fact you had 300 people who all heard it.

...I believe I remember hearing this. I think freshman year they talked about that and upset lots of people. Did the recording happen in 03-04 or 04-05?

Recorded it 03-04, but they didn't release it for a full year. They did, however, list every member of 03-04 and 04-05 in the booklet...for some unknown reason.

dude i didnt know that,....i didnt think you could legally do that without paying the people you individually name royalties from the sales.....i wonder if we are owed some preformance royalties since they are making money by putting our names and preformance on a cd

No royalties. It's just an album credit.
