At least Jabari Davis had a couple of decent games.
Brian Darden was the #1 tailback coming out of high school circa '95 or '96. He had a "bad attitude," and legend has it that Al Wilson laid the wood to him early in one of his first practices and asked, "Is this kid ready to play some football?" Needless to say, Darden was a monumental bust.
O.J. Owens was definitely a major bust, as well. Michael Munoz said that his highlight tape that was shown at a high school all-american gathering was absolutely amazing. Allegedly all the stud recruits that year asked to see the tape a second time because it was so good.
As I recall, Robert Boulware was one of the most highly touted DB prospects when he came out of high school also.
