I voted for Matthews, but I feel like our passing game needs to be the difference. Aguilar and our receiving group need to make plays down the field to be effective. Deep attempts are great of course, but completions in the 15-25 yard range could put UGA on its heels and lead to a breakdown in another section of the Dawgs D.

Ty Redmond is the easy choice I think. Being a true freshman, they'll target him early and often - if he can withstand that early onslaught of attention, the game will come easier to our defense.

I was going to say the same thing. Georgia will try to get their best WRs matched up on him as a true freshman. If he struggles, they will keep going at him. His ability to hold up at corner is a huge factor in the game

Redmond is from the Atlanta area and it would be specular for him to play a big role in beating Georgia. He has, so far, played very well for our defense. He has graded out better than any other Secondary player in the first two games. Love to see him have a great game along with his team mates.

I think it isn't one player that will have to be a difference maker, but our WRs have to step up and make plays. Same with our DBs. I think it is gonna come down to one or two plays in the game and whoever makes them, wins. Maybe it is a pick or a PBU at a critical time or a great catch to extend a drive or break a tackle to make a big gain. Aguilar isn't going to have all day to throw, and expecting the o-line to perform at an eleite level all game is foolish, so he will need the WRs to step up. Heupel is gonna have to bring some witches brew to the game too.

on that list its got to be Perry. Georgia has controlled our run game, like no one else can, by mauling us on the line. got to have good OL play to have a chance here. and he is the youngest starter, I think, so its extra critical with him. and its not just the run blocking, but the pass blocking, and in the past penalties from the OL, particularly the OTs, have killed us in the past. need him to play clean.

We have enough good RBs, where I don't think it comes down to just Star's play. and Joey's run game should help take away pressure from the RBs.

kinda the same thing with Matthews, we have enough WR around him, and the TEs, where he isn't as critical as Perry will be.

Their offense will be efficient, but isn't scary. so defense doesn't concern me too much. of course this could be Gunner's heisman moment with how much I know.
