I don't think anyone has to hate ND.

I do because of their program arrogance and special "darling" status in a heavily dominated and NE biased sports media.

I say arrogance because of refusing to join the Big 10 many, many years ago.
I say "darling" status because all they have to do is win a few games and they jump up into the top 10 in the polls.

3.) MOST IMPORTANTLY ANY PLAYER THAT CELEBRATES WHILE HAVING ZERO IMPACT ON THE PLAY.... ACTUALLY THIS IS NUMBER ONE.


Number one is Ohio State... really because of Urban Meyer actually only because of Urban... so I might think they are ok after this season.

I like ND started because of Rudy and then because of my step dad.

Number two is whichever playoff team that has a terrible defense... blows my mind how they think they have a shot... see Oklahoma’s teams...

Really it just depends Miami has always been hard to like because of attitude... but I am a sucker for good defense so I can look past some stuff...

Wow. This is a pretty comprehensive list. I think you have them all covered and I agree with most. Looks like one favorite is missing: Notre Dame? Looks like some PAC 12 teams too. My kids go to Arizona State so I have been trained to dislike Arizona even though they have always been very mediocre. I don’t really have any reason to hate Louisville or BYU as I see them as irrelevant and non threatening. Same with Cal although the fact that they are all far left socialists who enjoy climbing trees to protest the life of the spotted owl is good enough reason for me to include them.

A faux top 5 program. They had the advantage of being an independent with a hand picked schedule every year, and plenty of AP voters to make sure they always got special consideration in the polls. Anytime Notre Dame is losing, I tune in to enjoy it.

We just need a larger CFP!! Then ND could gain respect if they win, USC would have to play more than 2-3 tough games a year, and more importantly the SEC would show out against the BIG's. My top 3 of hates:
Notre Dame- media makes them relevant
USC- money makes them relevant
Michigan- Ohio State keeps them relevant...

Puzzling... When Arkansas was OOC, UT won both times they met on the field. Since they've been in the SEC, UT leads the series 11 - 5.

Michigan is a clear #1, then Notre Dame at #2, and there really isn't a close 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc.

Michigan fans are basically Alabama fans except they've won a fraction of what Alabama has. They are far and away the most over-inflated and entitled fanbase out there.
