I believe Justin Hunter has a chance to be the most dominating WR the SEC has seen in a long time. Forget Jones, Green, etc, this guy is going to be something special. Who would you say has been the most dominating WR in the last ten years or so??

Michael Crabtree easily in the last 5 years. No ones numbers are even in the same zip code... including Johnson and Rice. SEC would be S. Rice or R. Meachum I think...

Yep, Calvin really dominated the SEC......? Hunter has potential, but he has not shown that he is as good as Green yet. Alshon and Julio looked more dominate in their freshmen year as did Green. No doubt Hunter is special though, and Bray may be the kind of QB to help him flourish. I will say that DaRick and the new guy from Michigan may be the perfect compliments to keep the double teams off Hunter in the future.

I'd take Calvin Johnson over him. Going back further, I'd go with Larry Fitzgerald.

J. Jones had 4 TD's and a long of 64yards as a freshman. Only 12 so far in his career.

AJ Green had 8TD's and a long of 81 as a Freshman and has a total of 23 for his career..

Fitz got screwed out of the 2003 Heisman race. I knew the Heisman was a fraud went that happened. He was the best player in college football, yet lost to a system QB who choked in the two biggest games of the year.

AJ Green, Julio and Alshon all looked/look ready for the NFL as freshmen. Hunter has the potential, and I bleieve he will be great, but he does not look as developed as a WR now as those guys did/do as freshmen. The best comparison is green, due to body types. Julio and Alshon are more Darick like. It was obvious that AJ was going to be an NFLer as a freshmen. I don't think it is as obvious with hunter, although he has the tools and I believe he will be playing on Sundays. That being said, Hunter has as much if not more athletic ability compared to AJ, but AJ,as a freshmen, passed the eye test better as a pure WR. Just opinion.

You should have known that when Peyton lost the Heisman to Charles Woodson. The Heisman is the biggest joke in college football.

Why would you say forget Green? He's been the best WR in the conference ever since he stepped foot in it, and that hasn't changed. When he leaves, that distinction will either go to Jones, or if he leaves, to Jeffery.
