he was incredible. he looked like the only senior out there. He hits much harder than his size as well. He better be starting for the USM game because every other DB was hideous.

Well let's hope Nevin steps up so we can move Berry back to corner...

The corners were lost, especially Gaines, but you can't blame it totally on them - Longshore had all day to throw.

Willingham and McKenzie are going to get a lot of looks in practice after that game.

The sooner Ben Martin gets back the better, he will probably penciled in as a starter on the DL as soon as he's healthy, they are terrible.

Also - I was really surprised to see Vinson on the field before O'neal and Jones.

I thought Vinson was caught up in def. pass interference on the one catch he almost had... and on the second one thrown towards him he was held up.

O'neal only had 1 pass thrown his way I think and Ainge was way off on it (long ball) - Ainge may have been under pressure though if I recall.

Didn't see Jones out there... and was expecting a bit more from Moore. Moore should have been out there before Briscoe.

Yea the one pass O'Neal got Ainge was hit in the back and it threw off his accuracy...otherwise it could've been a pretty big play. He had the safety going the wrong way.

Here is an idea. Let's put Berry at FS with McKenzie or Willingham at SS and put Hefney to CB with Johnson or Gaines.

Yeah - I was watching O'neal and was certain he was going to burn someone the minute Fulmer let him on the field. THen he took him out after that...

Meant to say Vinson got caught up in pass int.

He was best as a CB.

Let's hope that Coker actually does make that much of a difference, though I just don't think he will help the defense so much.

"I sat directly behind the Tennessee Bench. Not only is Eric Berry gonna be a great football player, the guy is going to be a team leader early. When Chavis had our defense on the bench talking to them after getting dominated, Eric Berry went overthere and cut Chavis off and chewed everyone of the starters out. Blasted them, told them he didn't come to Tennesse to lay down. Chavis didn't say a word and Berry played every down after that. Very impressed with the guy."
Kinda impressive.

WOW! im impressed with Berry.. a freshman chewing out seniors.. thats awesome.. hopefully that will fire up the upper classmen, and put some fire in there ass!! haha
