I have supported and defended Butch in the past, but if this loss doesn't force him to have his come to Jesus moment nothing will. It is painfully obvious that DeBord should have been fired on the way back to Knoxville, but if Butch refuses to modify his offense then it will amount to nothing. What worries me more than anything is that the team looked really disinterested in playing last night. That may be indicative of a much deeper problem within the program.

I have to agree, when everyone was healthy, our qb was adequate with the number of options he could use. Now that we are down to a freshman and many receivers wanting to receive a decent pass, our qb was quickly exposed for what he can and cannot do. I have felt all along that we have the best person to be qb sitting on the bench. The frustration level is getting very high when the receivers cannot get a catchable ball thown their way.
