Morley Gone??

I hope somehow he is able to be on the team next season. Even though he played quite inconsistently, I thought with the next camp he'd turn into a star.

I've stuck up for him all season. Yeah I know he made some bonehead plays, but no more then Stewart who was a senior. He came in as the #1 db so the talent is there. If this ends up being true I think its a fairly big loss.

The other thing is...why does this happen to us? I am completely reminded of James Banks on this...talented sophmore, lots of athletic ability, leaves school under off-field problems. Where is the discipline? And why cant Fulmer take care of this?

personally i really liked morley and i hope the rumors are not true, but he has no one to blame but himself.

he is not the only person on the team that has to go to class. if u can not go to and pass ur class then i think that shows no desire or determination, knowing that he must go to class to play.

if this is the end of morley at ut i would like to wish him the best of luck in the future.

wow our #1 recruiting class acouple of years ago is starting to look like a bust. two 5 star players already gone in henderson and morely. not looking good at all.

Bad news. I was counting on him to mature into a leader in our d-backfield next season. Pretty unceremonious end for a former 5*.

i never thought he was that good of a back, but IMO had a huge amount of potential if coached in the right direction. this could really hurt our secondary next year.

This really disappoints me.....that really isn't a strong enough word. I just knew that he was going to be a star for us....

so.....the only players coming back that have started in the secondary would be heffney and fellows? or am i leaving out some others?

I've got 4 years of eligibility left - just waiting for the call. I'm 5'7", 200lbs, 6.4 second 40 but I've got mad hops...

i am getting somewhat worried about the team we will field next year. i was more worried about the offense in 2007. but now..........

If we lose four or five games next year its because we lost Meachem and Morley. It's the perfect scapegoat.

UT seems to have a black cloud hanging over them when it comes to losing players.
