More trouble for Pete Carroll?

By the way, this would be an absolutely stupid reason to hammer a program and ain't happening.
The fact there's even a rule addressing this situation underscores how utterly ridiculous the 'AA's regulations are.

USC sr. like Bammer is seemingly exempt from serious NCAA penalties irrespective of their comisions or omissons.

Not sure that's a good way to prove your point. By my count, Bama has been on probation with the NCAA 7 times, and twice since 1995 that included a total of 5 years without bowl games and significant losses of scholarships. Think of them what you will, but the NCAA has never been afraid to drop the hammer on the Tide.

They will get a pass like the "Red Elephants" have.

See above.

USC sr. is the western posterchild for walking the fine line of NCAA Rule obedience/violation. It is all nothing new, ey are bullet-proof with the NCAA. Even if they stepped 10 feet over the line, any NCAA penalty would likely amount to nothing more than a "wrist-slap" and a forceful command of; "now don't do that

What proof do u have that the NCAA plays favorites with USC? None, it's just jealously because they are very good.

Wow. How can they buy a house for Reggie Bush's family and not incur any serious penalties?

Pete Carroll's a sacred cow with the NCAA--he'll get a slap on the wrist for any violation, major or secondary.

Is Pete Carroll following Lane and Coach O to the Hill to become a coach of Tennessee football?
