Not that anything will come of this but it will be interesting to see where it goes.

Of note it appears that the people involved at State (no I'm not talking about Clinton) with the mistakes leading up to this event suffered no consequences. Gotta love civil service.

Mustafa al-Imam hasn’t died from 2 self inflicted gunshots to the head and been strangled?

Hmm, the Clintons must be losing their touch.

I've said it before, but this entire Benghazi fiasco is all about an arms deal to send weapons from Libya to Syrian "rebels".

That's the part they don't want you to know. It's not like they wanted to inform the public abut this black op. It wasn't a secure facility in the good part of town.

My mistake for posting this. I thought people actually gave a s**t about the Americans killed in Benghazi. Again I overestimated what people actually care about compared to what they post.

What do you want us to do? He was arrested and will mysteriously die in custody.

hopefully.

What I want to know is why that vermin is going to be afforded the protections of the US Constitution. A laughing stock we are.

He should just be hanged out in the Yemeni desert somewhere. No fanfare. No announcement. Just dead.

He needs to be tried in open court and hopefully he testifies . If he lives that long.

In Gitmo maybe. Not in Manhattan where shyster make-a-name-for-myself lawyers will get him off on some BS technicality.

Speaking of which, anybody seen CWV lately? jk

Agreed. I told the wife when it happened that this is what I thought was the underlying cause.

members of the Navy SEAL team 6 and the F.B.I.’s Hostage Rescue Team — surprised Mr. Imam, several officials said. One said Mr. Imam was subdued. Details about the operation were limited, but the officials said that plans to apprehend him had been in the works for months as the American military waited for authorization from the White House.

No problem. I just don't want him to hide behind OUR Constitution.

If he is guilty, I want him led out into the courtyard and hanged right there.

Should be civilian.

The decision to bring al-Imam to the U.S. shows the Trump administration is continuing to prosecute terrorism suspects in civilian courts, even as Sessions and Trump have said such suspects should instead be held at the military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
