Wow that Raiders letter is laughable in all aspects. It sounds like a high school teacher writing a letter to a problem student's parents. This shows how classless the Raiders have become and how far they have fallen.

And how hypocritical too. Writing a letter to UT slandering Kiffin, in which they complain Kiffin slandered the Raiders. Wow... just wow.

The only way the Radiers ever get better as an organization is the passing of Al Davis.

The Raiders will go to great lengths to make Davis sound like a good person. I guess they did not like that UT was able to steal a coach off their staff.

Look what Randy Moss did when he left, Gruden won a Superbowl the following year after he left. I dont know why anyone wouldnt want to get out of Oakland.....:run:

aside from the last paragraph, that is a poorly constructed letter by a man who is supposedly the legal counsel of a professional organization.

Nothing screams "high-quality, winning organization" like a PDF on your team's letterhead featuring middle-school prose. This "counsel" couldn't even get admitted to UT as an undergrad if he wrote like that on his application, much less law school.

The Raiders are a joke. Commitment to excellence, indeed.

What, because Kifin didn't know famous Raider history like: years of broken leases and clandestine moves between the cities of Los Angeles and Oakland, blown and wasted draft picks and the derelicts they became thereafter, and why Al Davis is the Kim Dong Il of the NFL, he is having his wages withheld? That letter is a joke.

You have GOT to be joking.... Someone pass this guy a box of Kleenex. While you're at it, clue him into the fact that it's sooo easy to laugh at the Raiders these days and that's NOT 'Mr. Kiffins' fault.

Well, look at the bright side...

Umpteen billion "Mr. Kiffin's" and not one "Mr. Kiffen."

I haven't bought into a media bias against Tennessee, as I just see Kiffin as a polarizing figure, but if they start siding with Al Davis caliber logic, then I just may be forced to drink the Koolaid.

The letter says it all.............tarnishing fifty years of excellence? (Who's got this in their head)..........damaging the raiders reputation (could it have been any worse).............the whole letter basically says CLK couldn't take a crap without Al Davis being there to make sure the color of it was black and silver...........who does this guy think he's kidding.............I hope UT makes sure to put this letter in the depostion. This should just about lock up the grievance for CLK. It magnifies the psychotic nature of the nut jobs in charge of Oakland. :thumbsup:

It is hard to believe that the Raiders can accuse anyone of playing dirty..CLK better be glad he got out of there, thats where careers go to die...They don't call it THE BLACK HOLE for nothing.....

Maybe Al Davis and half his present staff need to retire to an assisted living facility way out in the remotest Amazon Rain Forest.
