It has. The company I work for and the business I own has both used it when desired to get the proper results. The hotel I just stayed at has no breakfast because of "Covid". So you have to walk across street to sit with the 50 people in Awful House to get breakfast, LOL.
Here they won't let people sit inside a restaurant in close proximity to other diners. So, many of the restaurants have built temporary covered seating areas outside on the curb where cars used to be able to park. Evidently, it's okay for the people to sit inside these temporary enclosures in close proximity to other diners, except now they are seated a few inches away from cars driving past and they have to keep their coats on to keep from freezing while they eat.
Nonsense.
