Should be our new nickname. Let's go ahead and hear all the bullcrap reasons why we should pat ourselves on the back for taking such a great team to 2OT. This was 2014 Florida all over again. As soon as it was 17-3 and we couldn't do crap on offense I KNEW we were going to F around and let them beat us. And guess what happened???

Not really even a choke. OU settled down, we went conservative. We didn't score again in regulation after 12:14 remaining in the 2nd quarter. That's ridiculous.

The Volunteers have lost 28 of their last 29 games against ranked teams and are 2-34 versus the Top 25 since 2008.

No moral victories here. Players peed down their legs doing stupid stuff at the absolute worst time. Hopefully they learn from this and grow up and we fix it.

This is an important statistic not to forget. This entire program can't seem to crawl it's way back to greatness.

And, while I'm p*ssing and moaning, I never want to hear about Wide Receiver U again - especially when we don't use them.

I'm just curious to see what bull crap coach talk we here from Butch tomorrow. This had to be one of the worst coached games I've ever seen from a TN coach. We had every opportunity time and time again to put this game away. We got the lead and Butch panicked trying to figure out how to keep the clock rolling with a very conservative play calling. We more than had the talent to run OU right out of Neyland, and Butch and his staff chocked! Best staff in America my Butt!!

I just figured there would be a lot of "look at the improvement over last year, we just don't have the depth and it showed, etc" crap. The REAL CRAP is that we had OU on the ropes and didn't put them away. Our WR coach is the worst I've seen. They can't get open or aren't targeted or idk WTF but they're simply nonexistent. I'm also exceptionally pissed that we don't have a play in our craptastic playbook for 3rd and more than about 6-7. If its third and long, unless by some Jesus level miracle somebody gets open or dobbs scrambles we will not convert.

Dude there's no such thing as a moral victory. We freakin choked. A well coached team would've closed this game out. We have a great recruiter, but a piss poor coach.

I wouldn't put it at the feet of the WR coach. It looks like a product of piss-poor offensive play calling. Of course you aren't going to get WR's open when you call the same, tired conservative BS plays we called from the 2nd Quarter on. North isn't 100%, but you've got plenty of other options and we didn't even look to use them. Why we weren't running slants to back off the pass rush a bit is beyond me.

I think there's at least a 70% chance I don't live to see UT win another championship.

I'm 27.

Where did anyone claim a moral victory? People just love making threads about things that never happened
