No, but that is the first step in coaching if your team tackles like Vandy. It doesn't mean anything on defense if your players can't tackle. Watch a replay of Titans vs Arizona last night. Gruden even said at one point the guys who don't tackle won't be there. aka cut

I do not know about Wilcox yet, nor will I say anything bad about Monte. His past record speaks for itself we can not always help how our children turn out (Lane). However I must take issue with anyone that wish we had kept 3rd down Chavis. He was a great linebacker coach and seem like a true Vol, but his mustang package was pathetic. I will say that he did have the best game plan I have witnessed to this day for the Gators in 2001 if he would have just been a little more aggressive the rest of the time.
