I agree that it should have been removed as it is copyrighted information.

I just wish I'd been able to read the whole article before it was removed! I'm always up for some good news on the VolNation.:dance2:

Let me summarize it for you.....

Monte is REALLY excited to get started. If Chavis had half the energy that Monte does we would have competed against Florida all these years.

Now, now, ATL...eric's right. It takes a village to raise a poster. If guy's like him don't intervene, volnmiami will ultimately develop into some punk that's relentlessly posting pay-content and impregnating all of our daughters.

Summary--


1. Monte seems to have a sense of humor.
2. He appeared shocked that most of the people in the airport recognized him, and asked him how he was.
3. Talked to Lane on a daily basis and was extremely excited to get started. Said Lane made the statement that from 6 AM to 8 or 9 PM there was constantly people talking UT sports...
4. Was comparing UT to Nebraska. In that it is all football. He said at least East TN has hills though, so it's not all football but close enough.
5. Said he couldn't imagine stepping foot in a stadium where there was 107,000. Said he thought 65,000 was a lot at Tampa. Said especially considering TB was awesome, and had Super Bowl rings and still their stadium only holds 65,000.
6. Is eager to meet the players, and get going. Knows they are on break, but looking forward to their return and getting to work.

Talked about how excited he was to be here and how impressed he was that everyone already recognized him. He said that Lane had already told him that they talk about UT football on the radio all day long. Clarified that Lane actually calls him 'Dad' and not 'Monte'. :)
