"I don't know if they planned that or not... I'm at the airport people saying 'Coach how you doing!' and I just got here!"
Welcome to the SEC...

Good to have Monte in KTown. Let the Old Man start recruiting for his son's future.

Tennessee welcomes the Full Monte. Long live the Tennessee 2 and a hard hitting Orange Crush defense.

The hair just stood up on the back of my neck. It was a very similar feeling as being in Neyland when the players run through the T prior to big SEC game!

I have a great feeling about the future. It may be 2010. But, you better watch out for us in 2010. We are going to kick some tails!!!!!!!

On an unrelated note, I think he needs to name a blitz the Three Card Monte. Shuffle the linebackers around so the QB doesn't know which one is doing what and have a different one x stunt with a lineman each time.

Finally. It's finally coming together. Now let's get the other coaches signed on and everybody on the recruiting trail...especially O, Gonzo, and Monte. <<<< I just saw those names and realized just how amazing that could be.

Today is a great day to be a Vol...

We have "The Full Monte" in Knoxville; we have a new head coach who, by all appearances, can recruit, is honest, loves to be here, plans to stay here, and has a plan to win championships; we have a defensive coordinator who, much like his son, can recruit, is honest, loves to be here, and has a plan to win championships. The rest of the staff is coming together, with great promise.

The General, I would venture to guess, would be very pleased with the current state of UT football.

Great day to be a Vol.

Go Vols.
