Is questionable for Saturday's game. His back is sore from carrying this offense.

All kidding aside, he's really the only bright spot on this offense.

Where are all the people at that said Bryce would be the starter by mid-season?

Given Hardesty's track record with injuries, I would say you just proved there point. I think we have seen enough out of Brown that it won't be a let down if he does start against Georgia. Don't get me wrong, I think Hardesty is better right now, and the feel good story of the year.

He appears to banged up. Hope he gets some rest soon. After he rushes for 150 yards on UGA.

Hardesty's a clydesdale. Runs as hard as any back in the past decade at UT.

So is he actually questionable for Saturday's game? Or was that part of the joke? He looked really banged up on the sidelines against Auburn. I was surprised he was able to come back in and still be effective. The dude is a warrior. As Kiffin said, a team full of Hardestys would win a championship.

Hardesty will be more healthy this weekend than last, Bryce was all the talk throughout camp and he has been productive with the pass game and has a very bright future but none of us saw hardesty having the year that he is.

I thought BB would be the starter by mid season, but not due to beating Hardesty by talent, I assumed he would be hurt. And If I remember right, half way mark is after UGA. So we will see.

Its a blessing though to have Hardesty healthy. The man is a beast.

I was joking. He's good to go.

1) I think that Bryce has been a a positive for the offense as well. He has not racked up crazy yardage, but he has made some big plays and showed that he will undoubtedly be a premier back over the next couple of years.

2) I think that most people thought Bryce would be the starter based on the history of MH. He has shown flashes, but had his share of injuries and apparently was misused to some degree by the former staff.

Kiffin wants more of these....
They love the competition.
They want to be pushed by the staff.
They want to be the best they can be.

Hardesty is working hard for UT & his teammates & the staff.
He looked down & out on the sidelines catching his wind, but once back on the field he was giving his all.

Is pro stock has gone up, I never thought he would be the threat catching the ball, I thought BB would be better as that 3rd down back.

I agree with you on both points, but on your first point about crazy yardage.....i think hes done the best you can do with the limited amount of carries he has had. He has stepped up everytime hes stepped foot on the field.

Hardesty is a lot better than even the biggest Hardesty homer claimed before the season. Day one draft pick if it happened today.

Hardesty has really surprised me this year. I thought for sure that it was time to move on to BB and count on him, but Hardesty has taken a lot of the workload and has allowed BB to get settled in the offense so maybe he will be even better his sophomore and junior years
