Not hardly. I dont spend my nights writing 15-20 anti Montana posts. How many times have we seen "Vols win by 50+"? You have to search long and hard to find many serious negative posts from me that are anti Vol. Personally I could care less if you visit the Montana board. Its a matter of personal choice. If Montana pulls that upset on Saturday you may not be visiting this board either....lol. Not that I believe they will.

You really need to look at NFL rosters and where they went to school. You'll be suprised at how many great players currently in the NFL and in the hall of Fame came from the FCS.

I'm afraid I have given you the wrong impression of myself. I personally welcome you, and all of your buddies on this site. You have as much right as anyone else. I Know you, and I'm sure 90% of this board as well get tired of seeing the win by 50+ crap. It would piss me off too! The only time I get riled up, is when a Griz fan gets so mad @ whoever, and stoops to taking pop-shots against the Vols. It's very cliche to say that football is a religion down south, but it's true, and If someone ever takes shot at my team, I for whatever reason feel the need to take shots back. Could be my "religion", or a gigantic character flaw. I choose to believe the first excuse.

He's talking all of FCS...the first two that come to mind to me are Walter Payton & Jerry Rice. Hard for any Vol player to top those two. Manning is good but not top 5 at his position IMO. Top 10 maybe.

IMO.....I'd take (in no particular order)...

Montana
Unitas
Brady
Elway
Favre

Winning means a lot in my opinion...and if I recall Manning has only 1 ring. Marino rarely makes many top lists because sadly he has no rings. Tarkenton is another in that category.

Interestingly, Manning rated a full 8 points higher in the recent ESPN QB ratings than the next closest (two) current QBs. I believe the ratings were based on the past 3 years.
