Montana Offense

QB: Jordan Johnson Soph 6' 202 lbs
RB: Peter Nguyen JR 5'8 182 lbs
FB: Dan Moore JR 5'11 235 lbs
WR: Jabin Sambrano SR 5'11 170 lbs
WR: Sam Gratton JR 6'1 198 lbs
TE: Greg Hardy JR 6'5 245 lbs
OT: Charles Burton SR 6'5 315 lbs
OG: William Poehls Soph 6'8 331 lbs
OC: Stephen Sabin SR 6'4 300 lbs
OG: Danny Kistler Soph 6'8 315 lbs
OT: Jon Opperud SR 6'7 308 lbs

QB and RB are both undersized, especially the QB. Will he be able to see over the OL?
The OL is big, but are the athletic enough to block our speedy DE's and quick DT's?
Their #1 WR is an All-American candidate, but can his smurf QB get the ball to him?

Montana Defense

DE: Bobby Alt SR 6'3 260 lbs
DT: Bryan Waldhauser SR 6'4 260 lbs
DT: Alex Bieneman Soph 6'2 275 lbs
DE: Ryan Fetherston SR 6'4 230 lbs
OLB: Alex Shaw SR 6'1 232 lbs
MLB: Caleb McSturdy SR 6'1 252 lbs
OLB: Jordan Tripp JR 6'4 232 lbs
CB: Trumaine Johnson SR 6'3 210 lbs
FS: Donny Lisowski SR 5'11 188 lbs
SS: Andrew Badger SR 5'11 210 lbs
CB: Houston Roots SR 5'10 185 lbs

9 SR's for the starting D. DL is very light. LB's have good size. Secondary looks to be talented and SR laden. Tennessee should have no trouble running the ball, but this will be a good test for Bray.

Montana Special Teams

PK: Brody McKnight SR 6'1 204 lbs
P: Brody McKnight SR 6'1 204 lbs

McKnight is an All-Conference PK, and took over punting duties as their true punter struggled last year. He was 14-18 last year with a long of 53.

"Tru" Johnson is actaully a really good cb. should be a good test for our WR's and for Bray. big physical cb. But still this game shouldn't be close. Poole and Lane will have a field day IMO.

Just keep the ball away from Trumaine Johnson's side of the field on passes and I think we'll be just fine.

I've heard a lot of talk about Johnson being their best player so it would be nice if we smoked him on the first play :D

Throw all over the field. Guarantee you he will not be close to the best CB the Vols will face this year. Make him show us he can cover our guys.

I don't know about this "tru" character, if he shuts down a 5* WR that is bigger and faster than he is we are gonna be in trouble, 5*!!!!!!!!!!!!! We all know he can't be touched :eek:hmy:

No - usually in matchups that are this unequal the inferior team will be really undersized, especially on the offensive and defensive lines. Montana is a little small on the D-line but they aren't on the O-line. QB and RB are small too.

Of course they aren't as athletic, but I just thought it was worth noting. As a coach or player, you don't gain anything by underestimating opponents, so you have to find aspects about the team that might cause them to match up better than you'd think.

Looks like Rodney Alcala

Police have found a collection of more than one thousand photographs taken by Alcala, mostly of women and teenaged boys, most of them in sexually explicit poses. They speculate that some of his photographic subjects could be additional victims. One police detective called him "a killing machine", and criminalists have compared him to Ted Bundy. A homicide investigator familiar with the evidence speculated that Alcala could have murdered as many as 50 women, while other estimates have run as high as 130.

Are you as big of an ass in real life as you are here on this board? You seriously give the whole Tennesse fanbase a bad reputation. No worries I'm not naive enough to believe that all Vol fans act like you and I'm sure I will meet plenty down there that act like an adult and will be humble. Many of them have been very respectful but you sir are a joke. You really need to grow up. And please don't respond by saying AlphaGriz started the smack talk. :cray: We know Griz football is at a lower level with lesser talent? Wheres all the animosity you have towards the Griz come from???
