Monday's Questions

yeah, i think i'm with you on that. the only "big" game he played in in the SEC was that last game against LSU for the right to go to the SEC title game, and they lost.

i'll be very surprised if the giants can go to Lambeau next week and pull off the upset.

The Green Bay Bretts are a team of destiny. They will beat the Pats in the SB, mark it down.

I would go for the Chargers to win it all.. but Philip Rivers is a total jackass.. he's such a jerk..
But i still hope he beats Gay Tom Brady

Agreed on the Philip Rivers part, this has Ryan Leaf written all over it. Waiting for him to implode.

One any game in the SEC is a big game, considering it is the best conference in college football. The only way Farve will get back to the Super Bowl is if Grant carries him on his back.

I'll take Favre in the snow over just about anybody, but Manning Jr, it seems a no-brainer.

Hate to say it but I told you so to all you haters, the fact is Eli has always been a good quaterback, he just hasn't had the talent surrounding him that big brother Peyton has and Peyton's not there this year because he was without some of that talent. I've always been a big Vols fan, but I've also always believed that Peyton is one of the most overated quarterbacks ever.

Are you kidding me....Peyton the most overrated QB's ever????? Dude he has a super bowl ring, MVP, He had the TD record. True Harrison is good but on most of those passes i could have caught it.

If you want to find the most overrated QB ever see Ryan Leaf.

When he won the Super Bowl and the MVP he had a touchdown pass to Reggie Wayne, I could have threw, there was nobody within 25 yards of Wayne. Peyton is sitting at home on the couch because he was without Marvin Harrison. If you took Harrison, Wayne, and Dallas Clark away from the Colts offense Peyton would be an average NFL Quarterback.

A) That's idiotic thinking. Would Wayne, Harrison, and Clark be average without Peyton? Probably. Peyton isn't a QB who just "puts it up there and lets them get it." His throws are on point more than anybody (Brady and Manning are exceptional precision QBs).

B) If you took Rice and Taylor away from Montana ...

C) Peyton is sitting at home on the couch because a Pro Bowl WR tipped a pass, a 2nd string RB couldn't catch a screen, and his defense choked. He played better than anybody on the Colts' roster that day. San Diego was just better.

Everybody wants to jump on the Peyton ban wagon, but he choked in every big game at Tennessee.

Dude....its not a Band Wagon situation. You said that Peyton was the most overrated QB ever, which is simply not true.

He was 39-5 as a starter here at UT.....Not overrated.
You say he could not win the big game....We must have only played 5 "big games" during his career then. He holds SEC/UT records out the wazoo.

NFL career.....Super Bowl champ....not overrated.
