Mobile thread start/pic upload

I just noticed that you can't start a thread with option to upload a pic. I had to change page layout

But what if it's saved on your phone? I don't want to have to use photo bucket and the likes

Lol that was the point of this. Why not the option for it in mobile mode? Instead, I had to change modes, then go back and change to mobile. Just a suggestion
