@MoTrilla44: YOUTH IS NEVER A EXCUSE.ANYONE CAN WIN AS REGARDLESS AGE.GRIND,DEDICATION,HARD WORK IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS NOT AGE!! LET'S GO #VOLS

Is he emerging as a leader?

Someone besides Bray had better start leading.

Dooley has mentioned youth as a statement of fact... not an excuse. He is fully aware that if he does not produce on the field he will be fired.

He's a few days too late.

Winner winner chicken dinner. To me no matter what happens from here he will be included as one of the more talented than anyone Kentucky fielded. So he failed this fanbase for 2011 season.

He isnt calling out his teammates.

Dooley is the one who used their "youth" as the reason why we are unsucessful.

Do any of you Dooley supporters ever think that those same freshmen & sophmores you say aren't good enough to win in the SEC will be the same juniors & seniors that aren't good enough to win.

No great coach has ever blamed his players for his own inability to coach them up to be competitive & prepared in every game.

GRIND,DEDICATION,HARD WORK IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

Who's he talking about there? The players. He's calling them out as well.

Since your quoting me, it' safe to assume your using me as an example. And...

I've never said our Fresh and Soph players are not good enough to win the SEC. When you get a little more acclimated around here come talk to me.

this team should be sick to their stomach for being the ones who let the UK streak end

looks like mo couch is on the right track to becoming a leader we so desperately need...i hope he keeps this up, just having someone in the huddle who refuses to lose would be nice

Not only do we need leadership from players, but we also need leadership from the head coach and this team isn't getting that with Dooley.

Uh oh, sounds like he's not on the same page as our glorious head football coach! Didn't Mo get the memo? Bad team, too young, little talent, etc.

Some of the big guys, who have a heart for Tennessee, need to get control of the punks with attitudes.

Yep.

To name names, that would be Da'Rick Rogers, Tyler Bray, Raijon Neal, and as much as I hate to say it, Justin Hunter.

When you put that loser mentality in a group of players heads that the reason why they lost is because they are "too young", then what excuse will be made when they lose as upperclassmen?

Im guessing Dooley will come up with a "Well they aren't as good of upperclassmen as the Alabama/LSU players" excuse.

All losses should be treated the same.

Any respectable coach would tell their team that we lost because we got outplayed and I got outcoached by not preparing you guys to play.

When you lose enough games, then maybe the coach will show some dignity and say that they are the reason why the team isn't winning and step aside.

Someone gets it.

How can you say things about people you don't know. Every person around the program has always stated that Hunter is far from a prima-donna, is very humble, and the hardest worker on the the team.

Hardest worker on the team? He helped the team slightly more than I did this year and I still read nothing but constant *****ing and crying from his twitter account.

He needs to grow a pair.

How about you grow a pair and stop talking about KIDS you do not even know. Have you been to practice? Have you been in team meetings? Have you been in the locker room?

Your a waste of space.

Take Hunter out of that list

The attitudes showed up after he went down

Hunter is a good kid.

I would say he was becoming the leader on offense

Have any of you stopped to think that Mo is talking directly about the attitudes of the younger players? That they are making the excuses

(but they got that way from listening to Dooley all year wa-wa-wa wa)
