I hope so, because it was pretty obvious that we didn't have one this year.

This team needs a leader badly that is vocal and will call out a teammate and get in their face and challenge them.

Also, what does this tell us about players and Dooley being on the same page?
Dooley is the one who started this youth excuse crap...

Says to me they aren't on the same page. Sounds like they're as sick of his sh*t as we are.

NB4 "His interviews are great!" "His job sucks, he needs the comic relief" "Sure beats the same ol cliches and coach speak!"

Maybe those same ol cliches come out of every coaches mouth because that's what you're supposed to say. No one else says "Well, ya know, our team sucks." "We're just not very good." "I'd love to show everyone how great of a coach I am, but our guys are too young." Stfu Dooley

I like mo's attitude. He's one of the very few players that we can say consistently got better eah week. I'm glad he's on our team and hope he becomes a great leader.

It starts somewhere. Calling out his team mates in front of everybody seems like a good place to me.

He isnt calling out his teammates.

Dooley is the one who used their "youth" as the reason why we are unsucessful.

Do any of you Dooley supporters ever think that those same freshmen & sophmores you say aren't good enough to win in the SEC will be the same juniors & seniors that aren't good enough to win.

No great coach has ever blamed his players for his own inability to coach them up to be competitive & prepared in every game.

I like Mo, too. I just wish he had stepped up sooner. If it takes freshmen to lead, so be it. The sophomores and juniors aren't doing it.

Bad mouth him all you want to...we need him to be a beast next year.

He is going to be. I was extremely pleased with his development. LT did a great job with those guys. If we add these juco guys watch out. Big strength in 12.

When you put that loser mentality in a group of players heads that the reason why they lost is because they are "too young", then what excuse will be made when they lose as upperclassmen?

Im guessing Dooley will come up with a "Well they aren't as good of upperclassmen as the Alabama/LSU players" excuse.

All losses should be treated the same.

Any respectable coach would tell their team that we lost because we got outplayed and I got outcoached by not preparing you guys to play.

When you lose enough games, then maybe the coach will show some dignity and say that they are the reason why the team isn't winning and step aside.
