His comments on the kids are phenomenal. You can tell how impressed the mlb guys are with Tony. His commentary is spot on.
I think they watch his pre game/post game interviews and say “we gotta have this guy on here”. The detail the guy has with every game and all of the dissecting he does is incredible. Tons of knowledge.
 
How does losing these guys impact recruiting, does it open the door to players on other teams maybe switching to UT or has that ship sailed for the 2026 season?
If anything it gives Tony V and staff more street cred and bragging rights.
Maybe early in the recruitment process you are locked in but I think once you realize these kids are becoming early round prospects, you kinda pivot and recruit around them so to speak.
