you don't have to boost power so much yet so that you can jack everything you hit to use it. train you saw how helpful the power swing was the other night just in the fact of hitting solid line drives rather than weak choppers
Just won my first 1 on 1 against someone not on my friends list. It sucks, as you are playing Boston or NYY every time, it's more fun playing like me and Fleet roll Cleveland against Pittsburgh.
So anyway, it was 0-0 going to the sixth, and I gave up a run on the bottom half. Top of the 7th, i drew a walk, followed by a HBP, and proceeded to make the count full on the next 2 batters before i struck out.
So i take the first 3 pitches and find myself 1-2, with #99 at the plate, I know he's not throwing a fastball to Manny 1-2, so i figured it'd be a Circle Change (as opposed to a slider or sweeping curve), and i put that SOB out on the Mass Pike.
Broxton got 7 outs to finish it, enough said.
Though I wish online they would do something with pitch counts to make the calls more realistic, simply put you don't throw many balls.
It's nice having Billengsley have 80 pitches through 7. but also sort of unrealistic considering the number of swings and misses and lack of balls as a result
