i can't stay that long on one guy for some reason. i have my original guy which is a 3rd baseman for the pirates that i never really got in to that much. i created a pitcher who is now with the orioles after being traded from texas. i have three first basemen, on with boston, one with atlanta and one i created to play with the cubs but got traded two months into AA to the twins. they're all 3-5 years in but i can't play on just one guy all the time. it's like it loses some of the fun once you are in the majors to stay.

I. Love. This. Game. (PS3 version here.) I'm playing through a season with the Reds. 11-10 so far, after starting 0-4. I'm afraid that if I start up a RTTS character, I'll never leave my house again, get fired from my job, and become homeless.

Maybe someone should let Manny Ramirez know that this is a legal drug. Seeing as how he apparently wants to be a woman.

I gotta tell ya, he is an absolute idiot. I mean, they are coming down so hard on everyone for this stuff and he does it. I mean, A-Roid, Pettite, Giambi, Clemens....They all did it years ago and haven't been caught recently, they were all from 2003 or prior. It doesn't make it right, just makes him a bigger idiot for doing it now after everything all those guys have went through.

Has anyone else noticed that your user stat history numbers are all screwed up? Basically my stats reflect that I average 7,000 hits a season! However that should get me in the Hall of Fame!

i have not noticed that but unlike you, i haven't found a way to get a dose of this game intravenously like you have. have you got the virtual realty version yet that you can just hook into you regular glasses so you never have to go without?

I've highly considered trading in as many older ps2 and other such games as possible to get a ps3... just for The Show. It puts 2k9 to absolute shame. it's sad.
