Mizzou opens as 13 point favorites

About right considering we have no clarity at the QB position and have struggled on the road.

I have been saying for weeks that they are a hard match-up for us. In addition, we need to learn how to win on the road. I am not saying we will lose but we better bring our A+ game all day next Sat.

Mizzou is playing with a back up qb, was undefeated and blew a 17 point lead to a good team and lost in overtime. That's who they are. If UT beats Mizzou in Columbia i'll be impressed. Mizzou is the better team but anything can happen in the SEC!

I agree. Football is about matchups and we don't matchup well. They have big, tall receivers just like we do but their's are more experienced. They play good D also. Mauck isnt very accurate and reminds me of Clint Stoerner in that he lives and dies by the big pass play. Not accurate but will hit a few long passes and Mauck can run, which can be a problem. We are catching them at a good time though after playing GA, UF and Usce.

UT can beat Mizzou if they play like they are capable of playing but not like they played in the first half against Bama. South Carolina made Mizzou look better than they really are in the first half and were not inspired at all. I blame that on the coaching, especially the DC.

Not really. Shaw did nothing all day. Would have still had to go the whole field. Your team is worse than we are so you wanna get on here and run your mouth. Weak argument. Go play wake forest or somebody like that.

I say the coaches have struggled to come up with a game plan to mask our weakness on off and def. It's time for them to get creative and open the playbook up.

You realize Shaw played the other 99% of the game against us, right?

As opposed to the "less that half" of the game he played against Mizzou.

Shaw left with 5 minutes left in the game after a sack. He played 55 minutes vs UT. USC had to punt the ball to UT after the sack. So Shaw being hurt was not the reason.

7 of 21 is not going to bring them back only 4 3rd down conversions is not going to bring them back, since you are using your Vandy education to speculate try this the lost fumbles and the busted coverage in the USC/MO game doesn't go into overtime. USC wins easily.

Go dwell on your on board and quit trolling. We will see you in November. A lot of frustration awaits your team on the field and will just confirm you were just a flash in the pan.
