Right now our starting lineup is:

Goins
Hopson
Tatum
Harris
Williams

Our bench is giving us no production at all. Someone posted that they have scored no more than 11 points in each of the last 3 losses. My suggestion is this starting lineup:

Goins
Hopson
Harris
Maymon
Williams

Why let Tatum come off the bench you may ask? He is our spark. When we make a run or need a shot to answer one of theirs he seems to be the one that makes it. Plus, in the present rotation he comes out along with the other starters to allow McBee and Pearl to come in. Tatum can come in with the second unit and give us an offensive threat while Scotty and Tobias rest. Just a thought.

The only issue would be Harris's ability to guard the small forward position.

Why not play it like the Heat and have Hopson and Harris in the game at different times. Obviously they both start, but you could rest them at different times. Harris primarily in when Fields and Tatum are in, and Hopson in when Maymon and Williams are in.

Need to have Hopson, when he is on, or Harris on the floor at all times.

Is the plan to red shirt Mcrae, is he hurt, wth is the deal? I have never jumped on s. Pearl or Mcbee because I thought they were good role players last year on D and mcbee an occasional 3. It's not happening. Mcbee can't hit open 3. He can't hit a 3 of a pick. SP can't dribble, can't shoot, and can’t score. It’s time to play McRae or this team will go nowhere because it's obvious Hopson cannot carry this team. Tatum is baller vol...GO VOLS!!!

hopkins can not!!!! play guard. If you can't dribble without a turnover you can not play guard! When he is not scoring he does not play D. therefore He and Tat need to play the 3. Golden needs to start at the 2. Our guard rotation should be Goins 33 minutes: Golden 30 minutes: and Mcbee 17 minutes [bone replaces mcbee with healthy.

We would be quicker and play better D. Golden makes open 3's as well. Golden will improve with more playing time

Post Rotation should be Harris 33 minutes: Maymon 30 minutes: Williams 17 minutes

I agree - Maymon needs to start - plus there small forward has to guard Harris.
But can Hopson handle the 2?

I do believe there is change that needs to be made in our rotation. I think that playing all the people that we do is actually hurting us. I don't think that the starters have time to get into a rhythm and our bench is defiantely not helping out at all! Come on VOLS pull together tonight to stop the bleeding.

Let Williams come off bench with less pressure and he and Fields need to each be logging about 20 mins., instead of BW 26 and JF 14. Goins should be getting 30 with Golden getting 10; Harris and Hopson getting around 30 with Maymon spelling them. When Bone comes back let him take Golden's minutes.

I hope you mean Bone should take McBee's minutes. While Golden has made some Frosh mistakes, he is infinitely better than McBee, especially in transition offense.
