Is anyone else's SEC Network picture/sound quality skipping around?

It is not just a poor picture, there is obviously something wrong with the broadcast it seems.

I usually have a great picture, equal to ESPN HD anyway.

I had given up on the picture but just came back to it and it seems good now.

Game is out of reach though.
