Electricity is new down there and they don't move too fast. Going to a Miss State board would be wasted time... although they may be the nicest people... guaranteed illiterate though.

I think they have one computer at Miss State but the guy who knew how to turn it on graduated

I've seen much of the surrounding area on TV documentaries... And it wasn't for the right reasons.
