Also I just saw that MSU is only favored by 3 points?????

This might be closest we come to winning.

If we can avoid retarded turnovers and fouls and things such as that, we have a good shot....IMO, we have good players and we could win but it seems like they don't want to put forth the heart and effort it takes to when a game...It's like they don't care....I don't think Buzz has a lot to do with it, I think its just the players don't want to go out and play every night...GO VOLS!

Good call. The heart and effort were there. And I thought Buzz did a great coaching job in the first half. However, when the game was on the line, the Vols still kept throwing up outside shots? They should have gotten the ball inside to score or get fouled and get free throws. They were better than Miss State in building the 18-point lead, but they were also lucky that they held onto it.

yeah the heart was definitely there last night....If they'd play that good every night there isn't a reason why they couldn't be a *potential* top 25 program...Maybe they'll turn it up a notch and get us in the Big Dance this year but who knows...They need more quality wins over quality oponents

Well, they will get their chance here in the next 6 games....we will see what they are really made of. Or do we want to?

It just depends on how they decide they want to come out and play.....If they want to come out and play like they did in the first half last night then they could come outta the next 6 games with some quality wins...But if not then we could get blown out....Just depends on which team shows up

That's the problem though...We can't go on the road and win....We were winless on the road last year in the SEC....right? I know we won very few road games last year if any...I'm wanting to say we won maybe 3 or 4 on the road...I know we were a terrible road team last year
