My man, I get the point, and I'm sure Tennessee does shady stuff, but in my time there I didn't see a whole lot of academic impropriety with athletes.

I also personally know the lady that used to run (maybe she still does) the academic center for athletes and she is a no-BS type in the Pat Summitt mold.

I have a business partner who is a Tennessee Season ticket holder and has been a Vol for 60+ years and he's that way. It can be misery watching a game with him. Thankfully our seats aren't together! Even if we're up by a nice margin and playing well he's constantly downgrading and criticizing the Vols. I have told him before he just needs to either give it up or find someone else to pull for. He'll usually admit he's that way (says its a learned behavior from his family) and tries to do better. I, for the life of me, don't understand that kind of thinking, but hey that's just me.
