Mincey update?

Believe Heupel said wed he's a go. Talking heads have been reporting he's a go as well........think the issue is how many snaps will he take.

Felt like Dayne Davis did pretty good when filling in last week, but I agree I'd rather have Mincey out there as much as possible (without further injury of course).

As best I have heard and could tell, they didn't mix up the blocking when he was in, and Dayne mostly held his own IMO.

Dayne Davis graded out at 63.7 and Mincey at 43.9 on pff.

I know that isn't the be all end all, but if Mincey were to go he'd be banged up and it's possible a healthy Dayne would be better anyway.

Crawford has also looked pretty pedestrian out there. I don't think there's a huge difference between he and Dayne. I'd have similar worries.

I’m surprised Crawford hasn’t been given a look at left guard.

Available. TBD on how much he plays. Davis likely to start. Karic not ready but Lane ahead of him.
Lane is real good at Guard but if the wrong Ref is out there he will get a holding call. They discuss pregame and tell who to keep an eye on. A lot get calls when they grab and throw some one down but seems like Ollie gets them on nuanced or borderline holds. That's why I think they label certain players pre-game as BOLOs.
