Illegal immigrant with History Of Drunk Driving Charged With Killing Girl, 8, In Booze-Fueled Crash In San Diego

LOS ANGELES — An illegal immigrant with a history of drunk driving is now behind bars for allegedly causing a fiery, head-on crash while inebriated in San Diego that killed an 8-year-old girl and injured several others, The Post has learned.

Brayan Alva-Rodriguez, 25, who is from Guatemala, was allegedly drunk behind the wheel of his Toyota Tacoma when he crossed the double-yellow line on San Felipe Road near Ranchita on Sunday — smashing straight into a Toyota Camry, the San Diego Union-Tribune first reported.

Alva-Rodriguez’s Tacoma then smashed into a Ford F-350 with a utility trailer that had been ahead of him in the other lane, causing the migrant’s truck to flip and erupt into flames, the outlet also noted, citing California Highway Patrol.

Furious Anti-ICE Protesters Threw Snowballs At Feds To Protect Chicago Tren De Aragua Gangbanger, DHS Says

The illegal immigrant whom Chicago anti-ICE protesters tried to protect by hurling rocks and snowballs at the feds is an alleged Tren de Aragua gangbanger who had rammed an officer as they tried to arrest him, the Department of Homeland Security said Monday.

ICE arrested Luis Jesus Acosta Gutierrez — who entered the US under former President Joe Biden — following the impromptu riot on a snowy residential street in Elgin, Illinois, in which dozens of protesters lobbed rocks, bottles and icy snowballs at federal agents who had been chasing Gutierrez, according to DHS.

Immigration agents had attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Gutierrez, when he smashed his car into one of the agency’s vehicles, sending it careening into a tree.

He then fled the crash on foot before barricading himself in a stranger’s apartment.

The illegal immigrant from Venezuela then went out on the balcony and spoke to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, who tried to get him to exit the apartment and surrender.

MS-13 Gang Leader accused in Murder of ex-Honduran president’s son Arrested in Nebraska

Gerson Cuadra Soto allegedly Oversaw Assassinations and allegedly played role in 2022 Killing of former Honduran president's son

An MS-13 leader believed to have overseen a kill squad for the bloodthirsty gang — and who is linked to the killing of the son of the former president of Honduras — was arrested in Nebraska on Monday, the agency said.

Gerson Emir Cuadra Soto, 33, aka "Fantasma," was taken into custody in Grand Island, 150 miles west of Omaha, on immigration-related charges, the FBI said Tuesday.

Cuadra is believed to have overseen "El Combo," an MS-13 kill squad designated to carry out assassinations on behalf of the gang. He has been charged in Honduras with four homicides, authorities said.

Authorities suspect he played a role in the July 2022 killing of Said Lobo Bonilla, the son of former Honduran President Porfirio Lobo Sosa. Bonilla and three other men were killed as they left a nightclub in the Honduran capital of Tegucigalpa.
