During an interview with FOX 32 Chicago this week, Pritzker proposed prosecuting DHS officials and ICE agents for arresting illegal aliens in the sanctuary state of Illinois.

Border Patrol To Be Paid Despite Democrat Shutdown In ‘Unprecedented’ Move

"This is unprecedented and is due to the hard work of all federal law enforcement officers and the continued support of President Trump."

Border Patrol agents working during the shutdown will get a paycheck, agency sources told The Daily Wire.

In a message from the National Border Patrol Council, the agency’s union, some agents were informed this week that their payday is coming.

Agents will also be given back pay for the time they’ve worked since the shutdown began, according to the message. They also “may receive ‘accelerated’ pay” for their next paycheck.

Just saw that we're moving assets near Venezuela. Sadly, the Biden Administration has greatly compromised the US allowing 10s of thousands of Venezuelans to come over the border.

Just a group of repugnant fools.

Group Claims Illegal Immigrant Detained After Alleged DUI is Knoxville Activist

1760906895071.png
A group of Knoxville activists who oppose federal immigration enforcement claimed on Thursday that a man recently detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), after allegedly driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs, is actually member of the activist group who has illegally lived in the United States for two decades.

Allies of Knoxville’s Immigrant Neighbors (AKIN) claimed in a press release posted to Instagram that Alejandro Guizar Lozano, 32, who ICE reportedly stated was detained following his sentence of 11 months and 29 days for a DUI conviction, is actually a member of the activist group who was well known to its organizers.

While Pendry described Guizar Lozano as a “positive” “young person” with a “big heart,” who “helped organize young immigrants” while remaining “very focused on social justice,” WBIR reported that ICE described him as an illegal immigrant who was convicted of possessing crystal methamphetamine, in addition to the DUI offense, and was being held ahead in Nashville of additional legal proceedings.

US Marshal And Illegal Immigrant Both Shot During ICE Operation In LA

A US Marshal and an illegal immigrant have both been shot during an operation in Los Angeles.

The two were injured after agents surrounded a person in a vehicle in the south of the city on Tuesday morning, according to the LAPD.

The immigrant was targeted after they previously escaped their custody and then tried to flee again, the Department of Homeland Security said.

A statement said: 'The illegal alien weaponized his vehicle and began ramming the law enforcement vehicle in an attempt to flee

'Fearing for the safety of the public and law enforcement, our officers followed their training and fired defensive shots.

'The illegal alien was shot in the elbow and one law enforcement officer was shot in the hand by a ricochet bullet. Both are in the hospital.'

Brazilian 'Gangster', 13, Issues Groveling Apology and Begs For Freedom After He Was Taken Into Custody 'for threatening child with knife'

A 13-year-old suspected Brazilian gang member has apologized 'for everything' and is begging for his freedom after being taken into ICE custody, his attorney has claimed.

Arthur Yuri De Almeida Silva Berto, 13, was arrested at his Massachusetts school on October 9 for allegedly threatening to 'shoot and kill' a fellow classmate.

Berto, a seventh-grader from Brazil, was transferred to ICE custody after being held at the local police station.

Officers did not detain the boy for immigration authorities, but claim federal agents showed up at the station after his fingerprints were put into a national database.

Homeland Security officials alleged that Berto had a gun on him, but he was carrying a 5-inch Milwaukee knife when he was detained by Everett police, city officials said.

DHS also alleged that Berto is a suspected '33' gang member and had 11 prior police complaints, including breaking and entering, vandalism, theft, fighting and 'flash mob' style shoplifting.

Berto appeared before a judge via Zoom for a bond hearing Thursday where he pled for forgiveness and shared how he misses his mother, The Boston Globe reported.

The judge denied bond, citing how he 'dangerous' and a 'flight risk,' his lawyer Andrew Lattarulo said. Berto reportedly apologized after the ruling was issued.

He remains in federal custody at a juvenile detention facility in Virginia pending his asylum hearing. His next court appearance is scheduled for November 5.

Berto entered the US with his family in September 2021 through the Arizona border, officials said.

Berto's contact with police began in June 2024, when he was allegedly found with known gang members after officers responded to a disturbance report.

The next month Berto was observed on video stealing two bicycles and a cellphone, according to police.

Berto was allegedly caught on video in May taking part in a 33 gang 'flash-mob-style' shoplifting incident at a convenience store.

ICE Agents Arrest Duo After CBP Officers Discover Arsenal Of Weapons And Ammunition At Laredo Border Crossing

FIRST ON FOX: ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents in Laredo, Texas, arrested a father and son accused of smuggling hundreds of firearms, including rifles, magazines and ammunition into Mexico after Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers discovered hidden compartments in two trailers at the U.S.-Mexico border.

On Oct. 23, CBP officers working at the Laredo Bridge 2 Port of Entry stopped two southbound vehicles towing box trailers for inspection.

Agents said they noticed irregularities in the trailer walls.

A secondary inspection revealed false compartments packed with an arsenal: roughly 400 firearms of various calibers, high-capacity magazines, and thousands of rounds of ammunition.
