Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

the judge is right. Birthright citizenship in the Constitution. this is just another unconstitutional move by Trump.

any judge with the power should stop it. and EO is not greater than the Constitution.
So is he fishing? Getting this really our there (and not just bandied about on social media) in the courts for public consideration and check the feedback? There's literally zero chance these people are not aware of the 14th so there's an angle here somewhere.

I'll leave this here:

Dipshit did it anyway. So Trump ought to be able to do the similar thing. Just ignore the judge and do it anyway.

Mexico DENIES Access To Land For US Deportation Flight: report

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum's government Opposes President Donald Trump's tough stance on illegal immigration

Mexico reportedly denied land access to a U.S. military plane slated to transport illegal immigrants to the country this week, a move highlighting tensions between the United States and its southern neighbor as the Trump administration continues to crack down on illegal migrants.

Citing two U.S. defense officials and a third person familiar with the situation, NBC News reported that two Air Force C-17s bound for Guatemala carrying about 80 people each flew deportees Thursday night out of the U.S.

A third flight bound for Mexico never took off after Mexico declined to consent to the landing, the report said. Fox News Digital has reached out to the White House and the Mexican Embassy in Washington, D.C.

Flying deportees into a foreign country requires the cooperation of that nation's government.

Washington State Woman, 21, Arrested in Fatal Shooting Of US Border Patrol Agent

A Washington state woman hauling an arsenal of weapons and tactical gear was busted for fatally shooting a US Customs and Border Protection agent during a traffic stop in Vermont this week, federal authorities said Friday.

Teresa Youngblut, 21, allegedly opened fire at Border Patrol officer David Maland, 44, when he stopped her and a friend, Felix Bauckholt, Monday on Interstate 91 in Coventry, according to the FBI.

The pair was initially pulled over because Bauckholt, a German national, appeared to have an expired visa when the gunfire broke out, authorities said.

I don’t see this ending well for Claudia. Would be much wiser to attempt to appear cooperative with this initial blast of activity and hope the enthusiasm of deportations wanes as the new wares off. It’s pretty clear Trump is serious about doing whatever he deems necessary to fix the illegal immigration problem including crushing the Mexican economy. Claudia has zero leverage here as far as I can tell?

Exclusive-Flights Halted for Afghans approved for Special US Visas, advocate and official say

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -President Donald Trump's foreign aid pause has forced a suspension of flights for more than 40,000 Afghans approved for special U.S. visas and at risk of Taliban retribution, a leading advocate and a U.S. official said on Saturday.

Most of those stranded are in Afghanistan and the rest are in Pakistan, Qatar and Albania, said Shawn VanDiver, head of #AfghanEvac, the main coalition of veterans and advocacy groups working with the U.S. government to evacuate and resettle Afghans who worked for the United States during the 20-year war.

The stoppage was triggered by Trump's order to halt foreign development aid for 90 days pending a review of efficiencies and consistency with his "America First" foreign policy.
