There's zero chance they will wind up dead. No government agency is going to pick a fight with hundreds of toothless armed white people screaming about their 'rahts'.

When it's your or your children's "rahts" and liberties being taken away you might change your stance on that.
The only people safe under the Obama administrations are Muslims and homosexuals.

Preach Brother! Us white folks have been living under the boot of this oppressive regime far too long! My life is irreparably damaged by gays being treated like human beings and people worshiping their chosen faith freely and I AM TIRED OF IT!! Occupy all federal buildings white people! Let's make our voice heard!

It's not about rights of whites, black, gay, straight, men, women, Christian, or Muslims. It's about protecting the rights of all American Citizens.

GV was correct that it wouldn't take long for someone to make this a race issue. Congrats.

And what rights did the Hammonds have to burn federal property? Or these nuts to forcibly occupy a federal building? There are ways to combat this that don't involve taking over federal buildings and provoking a dangerous situation. It's unfortunate that the federal judge or DOJ didn't do their job properly the first time, but there is a better way to deal with this.

They started the fires on their land and it spread. The EPA just ruined a river in Colorado and no one is going to jail over that.

Only 2 ways to kill the State
1) Sell a better product than the State (the market solution)
2) Underground subversion/sedition/sabotage

Direct military confrontation of the State has never and can never work.
Direct military confrontations are what gov wants.

From my friend and mentor Ben Stone.

Their lawyer should have done a better job of explaining that during their trial.

Perhaps the original verdict should stand then.

Can you explain how a sentencing verdict can be changed after they have already served their time?

And without a retrial mind you.

Yeah, and their base of power was overseas. Not so much with the us government. They can bring the full brunt of power down on your head.

Never fight an enemy on the battlefield of their choosing, nor, with the weapons of their choosing.

I could go on.

I'm not saying that the Federal Judge and the DOJ didn't screw this one up. Federal sentencing guidelines are not a matter of finding guilt or not. Their guilt was already established.

You're not that stupid. All of those established other governments. By the by, how's your government working for you?

Your mentor stated it never works out. I'm simply pointing out cases where direct military confrontation of the established State has led to regime changes.

Now whether the regime that came into power was any better than the old one is another debate entirely.

"Led to regime changes" I'll give you that, but if you look at the top of the post it clearly says, 2 ways to kill the state. Not, how to create another.

The only think you get from a violent revolution is another dictator.

Yes and they were sentenced and served the time a judge felt appropriate for that guilt.

So again, how can they go back to prison without Due Process? How is this in any way, shape or form legal even with mandatory sentencing laws?

Sorry for busting your mentor's bubble :p

Even in an An-Cap society there's still a "state."

This isn't about guilt. Everyone knows they started the fires and they never tried to hide it. What the Feds are doing is Tyranical and illegal.
