I THINK SINCE HE HAS NOT SIGNED THE CONTRACT THIS MIGHT BE A PLOY TO GET HIS TEAM UP FOR THE GAME. I THINK HE STILL MIGHT GO TO MICHIGAN AFTER THE GAME. MICHIGAN IS THE SECOND LARGEST CONSUMER OF CORN DOGS:dance2::eek:lol:.

I kind of agree. I wouldn't be shocked if he stayed or left right now. He didn't sound to convincing and it seemed to me like he left the door open a little bit.

i think the whole deal is one big mess. if he stays, at least he will still probably lose Pelini.

I think he still goes too

This morning on ESPN radio, Jim Donnan said he had already told his players we was leaving

If he had already told his players he was leaving, then I don't see why he would have bothered with the press conference he gave. I felt like that was to protect them and the game they were getting ready to play.

Now, I don't disagree that he may still go, though....I could see him giving this press conference and then still talking to Michigan and working out the $$$.

He's freaking out just like he did at the end of the Arkansas game when he kept screaming he was the head coach after he couldn't get a timeout called. I hope he he goes nuclear on the sideline which would be pretty funny.

if you guys saw the interview at the GA dome with les miles than i just saw then you'll know he's not leaving.

I think they were referring to the interview he had after his press conference...when asked, point blank, "Will you be the coach at LSU next year?" Miles response was "Absolutely"

That was a garbage PC just to try and get people off of his balls for an hour.

yep. miles just shut the door on the michigan job.
I doubt it. Sabans interviews last year were more convincing than that one.

you're only about an hour late on this thread, but good job. haha

They're talking about the interview Miles gave CBS in the Georgia Dome...not his press conference. The interview was in the last 15 minutes....not an hour ago.

She asked specifically if he would be at LSU next year, and he said that he would be at LSU next year, definitely...we'll see if that hold true.

unless miles turns out to be a douche that lies to his team and fans like Saban, I don't see Miles going anywhere.

If he leaves now, he's a bigger liar than Saban.
Also, who's to say that he was offered the job? Carr can't stand him.

if he did that would mean he out coached and out lied Saban...impressive

Dude, he';s gone. That was all just a ploy to give the LSU players and staff along with recruits some semblance of hope. Miles is gone. It's done, finito, over.
