I would agree but he just got an extension and pay escalator in June. Can't imagine that's what this is about. He may not leave but OK St but I don't believe he's trying to get money from them

Hard to leave when you were never offered or interviewed. Gruden wanted the job in 2012. Tennessee screwed it up. I really dont see why its so hard for some of you to understand why a person would decide to leave their current situation and explore new options.
